<p>I’m going to help you identify the core beliefs that keep you stuck, and how to eliminate them.</p>
<p>We’re also going to work on your vision of success – because when you have a really strong vision, it practically compels you to get there.<span id="more-34"></span></p>
<p>And it’s one of the few techniques that can actually help you break through procrastination, fear and doubt.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, most people’s visions are full of conflict. They want to lose weight, but they also want to eat whatever . . . so they never actually stick to anything.</p>
<p>In reality, all you have to do is stop accepting beliefs that aren’t true, and start feeding your subconscious mind what you actually DO want – consistently.</p>
<p>There are many techniques to do this &#8211; EFT, hypnosis, etc. You can go out and read books on this, but I have done all the research and I am really excited to share it with you.</p>
<p>And don’t forget, you’re going to have 2 things that are critical to success: #1 &#8211; support &#8211; I’m setting up an email list, so you can connect with other people, even after the class is over.</p>
