This year, instead of making empty promises to yourself (otherwise known as New Year’s Resolutions), how about praying in “Thank You’s?” Especially for experiences that you want, but haven’t had yet? And things you want, but haven’t received yet?

As if you have already achieved them or experienced them?

Focus on thanking the Universe in advance for your most amazing accomplishments of this next year, and on the feelings of joy, confidence, peace and freedom you experience as a result of those achievements. Nothing like having a little fun with the Law of Attraction to start off a new year! Why not?

Just think about what you want this year, and thank the Universe for bringing it to you. And if you want, it’s easy to add EFT tapping . . .

Even though I’m not even sure I can do it, I thank the Universe in advance for providing help and support.
